Welcome to Normandy Here-2-Stay!

Our Chambre d'hôte is situated in the centre of a picturesque Normandy farming village, St. Leger-aux-Bois, known for its sloping church spire and round tower and where, we are told, Mary Queen of Scots once stayed on her return to England.

St. Léger-aux-Bois is in the Seine Maritime (Department 76) and close to the boundaries of Upper Normandy, the Somme and Picardy. We are, conveniently, 90 minutes by car from the Channel Ports of Calais and Boulogne, 40 minutes from Dieppe and 50 minutes from Rouen. The centre of Paris can be reached within a couple of hours, either by car or by train.

This is an ideal location for you to break your journey, if you are travelling through France, or to spend a day or two sightseeing, maybe house-hunting, walking, cycling or simply exploring this beautiful area of Normandy with its forests, hills and downland meadows, also known as the 'Dairy of France'.
